RETURN / REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you receive a wrong or faulty item, you have the right to request a refund or exchange for another product as long the customer notify us via email email@example.com within the time frame.
To complete your return, we require photos or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, our team will notify you by sending an email stating that we have received your returned item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have shown signs of worn or have missing tags and original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:

- Allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
- Returns cost are responsibilities and paid by the customer.
- Delivery charges are non- refundable, unless a faulty or wrong item is sent.
Please allows for Exchanges or Replacement items processed within 2/3 working days. Also allows refunds process within 24-48 Hours.
AM I ENTITLED TO RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be returned and sale items cannot be refunded, unless a faulty or wrong item is received.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
